This policy explains what QSBS Match (“we”) collects through qsbsmatch.com, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your name, email, the role you selected, your company, a sale or round date, a size range, and whether you said you’re accredited. When you use the calculator, the numbers stay in your browser and aren’t sent to us. We also receive standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) that any website receives.

How we use it

To contact you about QSBS Match, to understand timing and demand on both sides of the marketplace, and to improve the site. We don’t sell your information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the site: Cloudflare (hosting, database, email forwarding, and privacy-focused analytics without cookies) and Google Fonts (typefaces). We won’t share your details with a company, investor, or advisor without asking you first. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Retention

We keep waitlist details until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them.

Your choices

Email hello@qsbsmatch.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we’ll honor them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. Don’t send us account numbers, Social Security numbers, or tax documents through the site.

Children

The site isn’t intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above.
